1. Overview
Bhairav Vedic Systems (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase made through our Website. If you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may request a return and refund in accordance with this policy.
2. Permissible Return Period
You may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery (“Permissible Return Period”). To initiate a return, you must notify us at support@astroarunpandit.org within this timeframe. Requests made after the Permissible Return Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in their original packaging.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any return that fails to meet these conditions or shows signs of damage, misuse, or alteration.
4. Non‑Returnable Items
The following products and services are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., magazines, food items).
- Personalized items and made‑to‑measure jewellery (e.g., rings, bracelets).
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Certain reports and services, including personal or for anyone Kundali chart readings, Numerology reports, Fortune reports, baby name reports, personalized couple matching, Premium personalized Kundali, and Kaal Sarp/Manglik Dosh reports or any kind of astrological readings or reports.
- Any product for which incorrect information was provided by the User.
5. Return Process
- Email info@bhairavastrology.com with your order details and reason for return within the Permissible Return Period.
- Await our return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items before receiving authorization.
- Package the item securely with proof of purchase and return it to:

6. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Items showing signs of use or damage not due to our error.
- Products returned more than seven (7) days after delivery.
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
7. Refunds
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing times and public holidays.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment source. We cannot refund to any alternate account.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the above period, please:
- Verify your bank account and credit card statements.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times vary.

9. Sale Items
All items marked “Sale” are final and ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
10. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the User and is non‑refundable.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the User unless the exchange is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns above INR 10,000.
13. Shipping Policy
- Domestic (India): Free standard shipping via DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and other carriers.
- International: Shipping charges apply; all shipments are insured. Carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others.
14. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Orders requiring custom jewellery settings or third‑party certification may take 4–5 days to dispatch.
- Loose gemstones and ready-made items typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities in India: 2–3 days from dispatch.
- Other cities in India: 3–7 days from dispatch.
- International: 30–40 days from dispatch.

16. International Shipping & Refund Policy
- Delivery to over 150 countries.
- Delivery timeline: 30–35 days from dispatch.
- In case of failed delivery, a refund will be processed within 40–45 days to the original payment method upon return of items.
- Users are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by their country. The Company is not liable for these charges.
